We mainly design and manufacture jigs for BROTHER S500, S700, R450X, R650X, and FANUC ROBODRILL.
NC Lathe Jig
We mainly design and manufacture chuck claws and jigs for irregularly shaped workpieces for Takamatsu (TAKAMAZ), Mori Seiki, and Okuma.
Process Design
We design processing procedures, tool selection, and processing conditions to achieve the quality, cost, and delivery required for products.
Special Tools
We design and manufacture special tools to improve processing efficiency.
Making of a Machining Program
We will create a CNC program. Compatible with each manufacturer such as FANUC, OKUMA, and MAKINO.
Trial Machining / Debugging
By conducting trial machining, we verify the function and quality of the final product. It is an indispensable process for producing high-quality mass-produced products.
